More time

More time than others:

Time is a unique resource because each person gets the same amount as individuals. Once he disappeared, he is gone forever and can never recover.

The only you can do with your time is to change the way you use it.

By changing the way you manage your time you'll get much change in your life:

? Have time to do what you want.

? Improve your productivity and accomplish more with less effort.

? Have a better balance, achievement and satisfaction.

? Use your time and energy on what is most important to you.

? Reach your goals long term.

? Reduce waste of time so you'll have more time each day.

? Becoming an excellent time manager in all areas of your life.

Some tips to have more time

1. Rate things

A common error in time management is trying to use your memory to remember too many details that creates an information overload. Using a list of things to do from top to bottom is a good way to take control of your projects and tasks and stay organized.

2. Give priority to your list

Prioritize your list, it helps you focus and spend more of your time on things important to you. Notezz your tasks by categories using the classification system in order of priority of ABCD. (A more important)

3. Plan your week

Spend time at the beginning of each week to plan your program r. The time spent doing this will help you increase your productivity and balance your long term plans with your significant other more urgent tasks. You need fifteen to thirty minutes each week for your planning ..

4. Always have a notebook

You never know when you'll have a great idea. Keep a small notebook with you wherever you go, so you can record your ideas. Because if you wait too long to write them, you'll forget them. You can also choose to bring a digital recorder.

5. Identify bad habits

Make a list of bad habits that steal your time, sabotage your goals, and block your success. Then, work to eliminate them one by one in your life. Remember that the easiest way to eliminate a bad habit and replace it with a good habit.
