The holidays are over! I think you're reported. I hope you've enjoy, that you are rested, amused that you took advantage of your children. Another year of hard work begins. And usually in September as in January, moreover, is a favorable time for good resolutions, often very numerous, or too many.

Indeed, frequently these good resolutions remain unimplemented and are quickly abandoned. Perhaps you put the bar too high? Perhaps you overestimate your ability to change and improve yourself?

What then? Do not make good resolutions?

I think it would be a bad reaction to the extent that good resolutions are necessary to fit you, you set goals.

However, it is unnecessary to take decisive resolutions can not be held just to give you a clear conscience. It is preferable that you take resolutions more realistic, reasonable and above you decide to move in small steps, using the technique of Kaisen.

By setting small changes, your brain will accept them more easily, they will be easier to implement and therefore more effective. And each small step leads to something bigger. It is better you advance a little, gradually than not at all. You'll be glad to have kept that "small" resolution, and it will improve your image of yourself.

To illustrate, here are some ideas of good resolutions, more realistic, more reasonable to take:

- Lose weight quickly becomes balanced eating each day and replace the taste of the cake with fruit

- Playing sports regularly, enrolling in a gym is: mount the stairs to the office on foot or stop a subway station before the home and finish the journey on foot

- Be more positive becomes read 3 pages of a motivational book each night before going to sleep and play 10 minutes of inspiring thoughts or jokes starting to work every morning

This is only a series of examples that you can easily multiply indefinitely. You will certainly find many other ideas that will be more personal.

But what is essential is that you take the time to do the work (this is your first good resolution required), that is to say to break the "high resolution" small actions in simple and easy to accomplish. Do not be too greedy. Remember that an elephant eats a spoonful at a time!

And if you do not keep all your resolutions, do not worry. Given the reasonableness, I am sure you will take at least! Thus, at the end of next year you'll progress in your life, even more than before.
