Tired for english

I am a little tired after a half day of meeting.I felt depressed.Once again,english attacked my confidence.The whole guys in the meeting was speaking english.I am crazy that most of what they spoken I can not understand.They are speaking so fluent and quick.I absolutely can not catch up their speed.I am so...unhappy.Why learning a foreign language is so hard?Taking so much time but little progress.When you put it down only for one or two days.You will found the progress disappeared.Then working hard again to remember what you used to learnt some days ago.Most of us wish to take a systemic learning for english everyday.But to me,it is impossible.Because we have many other things to spend time.Ok.After complained in this blog,I need to continue my work and my english learning.5555~
