Listening, I did not like to listen before,but now i find that listening is so important, that is more important than your speaking, listening requires patience and processes, when you listening ,you need to think, listen to other people's opinions and stories, is a respect for others,also is the experience of your inner £¬accumulated knowledge and experiential learning listening music is a another way of listening,When you have a bad mood, you can listen to relaxing music to ease your inner fears.
