If you are having trouble conceiving, one thing you may consider doing is detoxifying your body.
One of the key factors to becoming pregnant is getting your and your partner's bodies in optimum shape. This can be chemical, hormonal, and your level of toxicity. These balances are often thrown off by the the kinds of food we eat, and the day to day stress of life. Some studies show that the three main contributors to infertility are stress, over-acidity in the body, and hormonal imabalance. All of these are affected by toxins in our systems.
Imbalanced sugar levels can, in turn, affect your hormonal level. These can cause your body to be more acidic than is healthy for a baby. Consider seeds in soil, the soil needs to be of the right Ph balance, in order for them to grow healthy crops. You are no different, if you body is not of the right levels, your seeds won't grow, and if they do, they won't grow properly. Your body needs to create the right environment in order for your seeds to blossom.
In addition to what you eat, your level of stress can also contribute to leaving your body exhausted, and unable to cleanse itself of what's inside. If you are too tired for your daily life, then your body is as well, and probably unable to create the right situation for your baby to take root.
One answer is to go to a detox spa, where they drain your body of toxins, and help reduce your stress level. However, not everyone has the time or money to do this. If you are able to do it, then you should tell the spa that you are doing it to aid in conception. However, for the rest of us, you need to focus on:
1) Diet -- Make sure the food you eat is low in unnatural additives, including processed sugar. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, to help in your acid levels, and stick or organically or locally grown produce, if possible.
2) Lower your stress -- there are lots of ways to do this, including yoga, exercise, meditation, etc. If you are experiencing problems at work or in your relationship, you want to figure those out before you try to conceive.
3) Sleep -- your body needs it. Proper sleep helps with your stress levels, and also gives your body the energy to cleanse your system of things that shouldn't be in there.
4) Exercise -- you need your body in peak physical shape. One good way to do this is with a regular exercise routine. Keep at it, and good things will happen.
You need to keep your body -- your garden -- in top form for your seeds to grow. Keep that in mind as you live your daily life.
